Weight Loss Challenge: Back to the Drawing Board…

We'll dear friend…I've gained weight instead of losing it.  BUT, I back on track now; two days strong!  Witness my epiphany in the video below:

Here's My Plan:

Eating

  • Eat smaller portions- I was up to two chicken legs, and Mexicn food 2-3 times per week.  No more.
  • No Sweets-
  • Revisit the principles found in the Flat Belly Diet

Side Note:  The Flat Belly Diet really does work.  I lost 8 pounds within the first week of using it my first tiem around.  This is not a sales pitch; it's tries and true.

Exercise

  • 3-4 days/week
  • Walk/sprint around the block 3-4 times
  • Ab exercises throughout the day  (100/day)
  • Lunges with weights 20 reps
  • Jump rope 360 revolutions

Now remember, this is a work in progress.  I'm going to find a detailed walk/run/sprint plan and post it shortly.

    I applaud you for what you are doing.  I am pulling for as I know you can do whatever you put your mind to.
    For myself, I have have not worked out since May when I was invovled in the traffic challenge during the MWA 3.0 class.  I continue to make excuses that I need to be working on my business more than I need to be working on my body.  I was doing the P90X challenge before and it is awesome.  I just need to get back into it.  But, uh-oh, here come the holidays.

    One big tip I would give you is to be consistent. Good health is a lifetime project so you have to look at it long term. Make sure that each day you do what you have committed to and don't forget to reward yourself as you achieve each goal.
